Shipping
We do our very best to ship our orders as soon as possible and as safe as possible. Here is what happens once you place your order:
1. Place an order on our website
2. If the order is processed before 11am (GMT-4) on a business day without any specific samples requested, we are usually able to dispatch on the same day. If processed after 11am, we will do our best to dispatch on the same day, but there is a chance your order will be sent out the following business day. The day of dispatch is considered day 0 and your business days of waiting begins the following business day. For example: Thursday dispatch = Day 0, Friday = Day 1, Monday = Day 2, and so on.
If your shipment shows that it was dispatched 1-2 days later than expected, then it means a faster than normal delivery method was used.
3. You will receive a tracking number via email, on the day of dispatch or business day 1
4. Once the order is delivered, you will receive an email confirmation that it has been completed.
