This guide explains exactly how shipping from Canada to the USA works, what products are eligible, how much shipping costs, and what duties or fees you may need to pay when your order crosses the border.

📦 What We Ship to the USA
We currently only ship the products that are made in South Korea to the USA.
To comply with current customs and shipping regulations:
✔ We DO ship to the USA:
- Korean Wrapping Paper (All sheets and rolls)
- Balloon Stands
❌ We DO NOT ship to the USA:
- Ribbons
We will update our policies if these restrictions change in the future.
💸 USA Shipping Costs
Shipping to the United States is simple:
- Flat Rate: $14.99 CAD
- FREE Shipping: When your cart total reaches $159 CAD or more
- Shipping Method: UPS (until further notice)
- Duties & Import Taxes are not included in the shipping costs
Most orders arrive quickly, but please allow extra time for customs inspections.
⚠️ Duties & Import Taxes (Buyer Responsibility)
Because our products—wrapping paper and balloon stands—are Made in Korea, they fall under specific U.S. import duty rules.
🇺🇸 USA Tariff Rate for Our Products:
15% of the value of the goods (not including shipping)
In addition to duties, UPS may charge processing or brokerage fees.
✔ These fees are not charged by KoreanWrappingPaper.com
✔ They are charged by U.S. Customs + UPS when crossing the border
Customers must pay these fees to UPS during the delivery process (often before the package arrives), and are encouraged to pay the fees before it arrives at the address to avoid paying additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees.

Shipping:
FREE (because the order exceeds the minimum value)
Duties:
15% of $200 → $30 USD
UPS Processing Fees:
Approximately $20 USD
Total Cost Paid by Customer After Duties + Fees:
≈ $250 USD
These charges are paid directly to UPS—not to KoreanWrappingPaper.com.
*Additional $12USD – $15USD if you do not pay the fees in advance, which is the cost for processing a Collect on Delivery (COD)
